Deployment Cycle Resilience Training

The DHAP process includes three simple steps: resilience training, electronic questionnaires (DHAs) and a confidential conversation with a health care professional.

Deployment Cycle Resilience Training (DCRT) helps units, Soldiers, and DA Civilians maintain their resilience before, during, and after deployment. DCRT is mandatory for deploying units; Master Resilience Trainers (MRTs) conduct training at the company level.

Resilience Training

The goal of resilience training is to equip Soldiers with skills that help them navigate deployment challenges. The resilience trainings use individual assessments, tailored virtual training, classroom training and embedded resilience experts to provide the critical skills Soldiers and Army Civilians need.
