The Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness provides policy, resources, and capabilities for individuals and leaders in order to increase the resilience and readiness of the Force. The Directorate has oversight of the Army’s Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention program, the Army Suicide Prevention Program, the Army Substance Abuse Program, and Ready and Resilient Training and Education.
