R2 Performance Centers

The Army’s 32 R2 Performance Centers offer resilience training to active- duty, Reserve and National Guard Soldiers, as well as to Family members and Department of the Army Civilians.

ArmyFit

ArmyFit is a web-based platform that promotes readiness and resilience. At the core of ArmyFit is the Azimuth Check, a newly updated version of the Global Assessment Tool (GAT), a confidential 10-minute survey that assesses a Soldier’s level of overall fitness across the five dimensions of personal readiness: Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Family.
